Professional Classification, Accreditation & Membership

You can apply via the OACPA website: https://oacpa.org which provides access to membership, classification, and accreditation services.

If you hold a degree from a university in Oman or an equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Higher Education, Research & Innovation, visit the OACPA website, go to the “Membership and Classification” section, and complete the online registration.

If your bachelor’s degree is from outside Oman, your credentials must be verified through CleanSheet Group:  https://oacpa.cleansheetgroup.com

The next step is Membership & Classification. To proceed, follow this path:

Home → Membership & Professional Classification → Associate Membership → Apply Now → Register

Required Documents:

• Personal photo
• Copy of national ID, residence permit, or passport
• Academic certificate (Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
• Verification report from CleanSheet Group (if degree is from outside Oman)
• Academic transcript (optional)
• Work experience certificates with job descriptions

A Verification Report is an official document issued by CleanSheet Group confirming authenticity of your academic or professional credentials.

No. Verification is not required if you have:

• An employment contract or employee data record (expatriates)
• A CV officially recognized by the Ministry of Labour (Omani nationals)

Classification levels include:

Once all required documents are submitted and payment is completed, your application will be reviewed by the approval committee. The process takes approximately 14 working days.
